General Manager / GAD (Wellington)

We’re growing our Wellington office and are looking for a GM/GAD to both lead the team and head up our major accounts. It is an opportunity to work in the banking sector, work in social change with our extensive government business and be part of a strong management group driving growth within a fully integrated business.

You will have a strong track record and may currently be a GAD looking to take the next step into a GM role or you may already be an experienced GM. A D&I background would also be beneficial. Reporting to a Managing Director you will have the full support of the Wellington and Auckland teams in delivering an integrated service to our clients. This role requires a business savvy approach along with a strategic, focused and forward-thinking mindset. We need loads of energy and enthusiasm to make things happen.

Senior Planner (Auckland)

DraftFCB has grown dramatically in the last 12 months, and we’ve grown our Planning department accordingly. We’re now adding a fifth Planner to take our strategic offering to the next level – well beyond the standard client requirements. This includes developing more of our own proactive thinking and initiatives and, in line with our own brand position, furthering our expertise in behaviour change.

Our new Senior Planner must have at least 5 years relevant experience. This should include at least three years within an advertising agency. An understanding of the New Zealand market is preferred. Experience and interest in social marketing and/or retail categories would also be helpful.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy studio across a range of well-known clients. We are looking for a go-getter who will maintain composure and focus under pressure, juggle a multitude of tasks and work collaboratively within our integrated agency. While you will be working to brief and within brand guidelines, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your design and creative flair.

Working in the Craft Studio, you will need to have a high level of design and composition ability and impeccable attention to detail. Not only will you have at least 2 years of agency experience as a Mac Artist/Designer, you will also be proficient in the use of various software packages including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat & Quickprint.

Print Production Manager (Auckland)

We’re looking for a Print Production Manager to join our growing team. Working across a number of key agency accounts you will need a can-do attitude, have a passion for creative excellence and producing quality work, and be bloody good fun to work with. You will have a sound understanding of prepress and printing and a proven track record in establishing and growing effective relationships with suppliers. Working in a busy studio this role requires someone who is proactive and able to work autonomously. Your creative nous and strong negotiation skills will see you go a long way in this role; and there will be plenty of opportunities to grow your expertise and to manage non traditional projects. You must have at least 3 years experience in an agency environment; familiarity with InDesign and Distiller would also be handy.
